　　每个学期，对每个孩子都进行一次review, 第一学期的review分五个面。从第二个学期开始分四个方面，然后根据birth to three matters四个方面写一份关于这个孩子的报告，签上key-worker和中心负责人的名字，所有这些都必须和每位家长进行沟通。

　　Curriculum Guidance for the Foundation Stage 是关于3—5岁的指导性文件，分为六个方面：Personal , Social & Emotional Development \ Communication , Language & Literacy \ Mathematical Development \ Creative Development \ Knowledge & Understanding of the World \ Physical Development ,Visits

　　教师的观察记录也有两种，但都包含三个方面，即observation观察、evaluation评价、what’s next下步计划。下面是教师在04、11、17日9：50对Sana的观察记录，因为孩子们对故事Rama & Sita非常感兴趣，这天是主题的深入，舞蹈家用音乐和动作来表演这个故事。

　　Observation: listening interesting to Rama & Sita, participating in story actions when Diwali lady asks. She enjoys the Diwali dancing . “I like this music.” She copies the dancing from dancer—raise hands \ arms into the air, slides her feet, bends at knees.

　　Next step: Participate in more multicultural activities to gain further knowledge of other’s culture.
