  每个学期,对每个孩子都进行一次review, 第一学期的review分五个面。从第二个学期开始分四个方面,然后根据birth to three matters四个方面写一份关于这个孩子的报告,签上key-worker和中心负责人的名字,所有这些都必须和每位家长进行沟通。

  2)  Nursery 教师的观察记录

  Curriculum Guidance for the Foundation Stage 是关于3—5岁的指导性文件,分为六个方面:Personal , Social & Emotional Development \ Communication , Language & Literacy \ Mathematical Development \ Creative Development \ Knowledge & Understanding of the World \ Physical Development ,Visits

  教师的观察记录也有两种,但都包含三个方面,即observation观察、evaluation评价、what’s next下步计划。下面是教师在04、11、17日9:50对Sana的观察记录,因为孩子们对故事Rama & Sita非常感兴趣,这天是主题的深入,舞蹈家用音乐和动作来表演这个故事。

  Observation: listening interesting to Rama & Sita, participating in story actions when Diwali lady asks. She enjoys the Diwali dancing . “I like this music.” She copies the dancing from dancer—raise hands \ arms into the air, slides her feet, bends at knees.

  Next step: Participate in more multicultural activities to gain further knowledge of other’s culture.

  每周Ben根据大家的讨论结果,把这六个大方面分成21个小点(每周的目标),教师根据这些目标和每个孩子的情况,写上孩子的名字和需要在哪方面得到发展。填在Weekly Learning Priorities的表格里。再讨论提供什么样的机会,创设什么样的环境填在Nursery weekly sheet的表格里。
