　　幼儿教育是一个极为复杂的系统,在这个系统中,玩教具是十分重要的、不可或缺的要素。在当前,玩教具已经成为了幼儿教育中最重要的学习资源。玩教具的有效运用,对于幼儿的全面发展和综合能力的提高有着独特的、不可替代的重要作用。

　　在新教育语境中,玩教具对于幼儿教育整合提高显得尤为重要。幼儿教育工作者当前必须面对这样一个语境:我国教育改革与发展跨入了一个全新的历史阶段,幼儿教育的理念较之以往,已经发生了根本性的转变。这一转变具体体现在三个方面,即从以往的以教师为中心转变为现在的以幼儿为中心、从以往的以"教"为本转变为现在以"学"为本、从以往的幼儿被动学习转变为现在的幼儿主动与自主学习。这几个转变要求幼儿教育工作者必须将以往统一模式下的传统教学,整体转变为从每一个孩子的现有水平、个性差异为基点出发,尊重孩子的差异与个性,进而有效地引导、促进每一个孩子都能在现有水平的基础上获得最大发展与提高。在这种新教育的语境中,有效运用玩教具,就可以帮助孩子培养创造力、动手能力和主动学习的能力,就可以促进孩子综合能力的提高,为孩子健康、快乐成长乃至一生发展奠定基础。
