论文：如何提升幼儿园教师整体素质

　　摘要：民族振兴靠教育, 教育成败靠教师。教育教学工作的成效受外界环境和内部结构等诸多因素的影响, 其中教师的整体素质及合理的素质结构占其重要的位置。江泽民同志提出: "高素质的教师队伍,是高质量教育的一个基本条件。"有调查显示，幼儿教师整体素质存在的突出问题是缺乏坚定的职业理想和高尚的职业道德; 知识结构不尽合理,学历证明含有水份; 教学经验不足, 基本功欠扎实。同时,调查也显示幼儿教师和学前教育专业学生对科技报道兴趣不大, 参与科技活动较少。幼儿园教师在对科学本质和科学精神的认识上存在缺陷。因此,通过加强职业道德教育和学习, 树立终身学习的观念，全面接受基本技能的培训，支持师资薄弱学校的建设等手段来提高幼儿教师整体素质，建议加强学前教育师资科学素养的培养, 营造全社会关注幼儿教育的发展和进步, 热爱幼儿教育事业，全面提升幼儿教师的整体素质十分重要，方法的探讨也具研究性。

　　Abstract: national development depends on education, education on teachers. 　　一、幼儿教师队伍存在的问题

　　改革开放以来, 为了适应社会发展的需要, 我国教育事业进入了蓬勃发展的阶段。国家通过大力发展师范教育和举办各种规格和形式的培训, 使一大批幼儿教师充实到教学第一线。尽管一部人在教学实践的过程中迅速成长起来, 但就总体情况来看, 他们还不够"精",其素质亟待提高。具体表现为以下几个方面。

　　（一）缺乏坚定的职业理想和高尚的职业道德

　　由于受社会大环境特别是教育商业化和政府投入不足的影响, 幼儿教师的劳动报酬低于其劳动价值; 行业间的收入差距增大, 造成了教师经济地位下降, 心理失衡, 积极性不高, 责任心不强和队伍涣散等现象。而教师和教育单位为了谋求经济利益, 又反过来降低了教师职业威信和社会的地位。

　　（二）知识结构不尽合理, 学历证明含有水份

　　一定的学科专业知识对于一个教师十分重要, 但教师的学科专业知识与教学效果并不成正比。教师职业的特殊性还需要从业者具备一定的专门知识, 即教育学和心理学方面的理论。这正是幼儿教师所缺乏的。此外, 一个高素质的教师还必须具备广博的相关学科知识。这一方面, 也是幼儿教师待以充实的。

　　（三）教学经验不足, 基本功欠扎实

　　教学经验是一个多层次的复合体, 体现为相应的能力素质, 并最终外化为一定的教学行为和教学效果。能力素质较高和高、教学行为科学合理和富有创造性、教学效果较好和尤佳, 是评定优秀教师和特级教师的重要标准。

　　（四）青年教师素质不平衡现象制约着其整体素质的提高

　　农村地区, 特别是老、少、边、山、穷地区幼儿教师的素质比城镇的要低一些; 发达地区幼儿教师的素质要优于落后地区的; 重点学校和示范学校幼儿教师的素质要高于普通和一般学校的; "长线"学科幼儿教师的素质要强于"短线"学科的。造成教师分化不公平的原因是多方面的。幼儿教师面临诸多压力, 其价值取向也具有鲜明的时代特色。
